Camille Hernandez-Burt is a financial advisor whose journey growing up in a working class family in Albuquerque, New Mexico, coupled with her experience early on working for (and as a client of) Head Start, uniquely positions her to relate to Arm In Arm’s work, and clients. Camille graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Rider University and began her career in finance with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management then transitioned to client advisor with Ameriprise, and then PNC. In 2016, she ventured out on her own, becoming an independent representative of Mass Mutual. Respectful and hard-working, Dayron has worked at the Department of Children and Families since 2017.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Psychology. Dayron is eager to use his own personal experiences to help advance Arm In Arm’s mission to help the community in which he lives, thrive.

Victor Gibbs is a long-time member of Trinity Church, one of the founding faith communities of Arm In Arm, formerly Crisis Ministry of Mercer County. Victor brings an expertise in finance, administration and management to Arm In Arm. Now retired, Victor is looking forward to sharing his time and talents with Arm In Arm, assisting them in understanding and meeting the needs of the community.

A current member of Arm In Arm’s NextGen Council, Warren Wilson has extensive expertise and experience in food operations and logistics and has been instrumental in providing assistance to Arm In Arm’s Pantry Operations. A resident of Princeton, Warren graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.

Board Chair, Nick Valvanis is excited with the passion and expertise these individuals bring to Arm In Arm, “We are so thankful to have Camille, Dayron, Victor and Warren join us, especially now, at this unprecedented and important time in our history as we continue to navigate the current and long term effects of the pandemic on our communities. They all have a heart for the work that we do, and their experiences and perspectives will be invaluable as we continue to pivot to meet the needs of our neighbors.”
