2026 Spring Benefit Volunteer Honorees

Celebrating Elizabeth Koehler & Sallye Zink

Arm In Arm is proud to honor Elizabeth (Liz) Koehler and Sallye Zink, two longtime community leaders at our 2026 Spring Benefit, Foundations of Hope.

Both women are being recognized for their leadership, service, and sustained commitment to advancing the organization’s mission to ensure food, housing, and stability for families across Mercer County.

Liz and Sallye have each played a significant role in guiding Arm In Arm through a period of growth and change. As members of the Board of Directors, they have helped shape the organization’s strategic direction while supporting key initiatives, including the expansion of the Mobile Pantry, a doubling of the number of families served, and the transition to a new headquarters at the Social Profit Center at Mill One.

Elizabeth (Liz) Koehler, a Robbinsville resident, is an executive coach and leadership consultant with RAC Leadership and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services. She has served on Arm In Arm’s Board of Directors since 2018, including roles as Chair and Vice Chair, helping to guide the organization through a period of significant expansion and operational growth.

Liz previously served as a Managing Director in BlackRock’s U.S. Wealth business, where she led multi-functional teams and was an established thought leader for financial professionals navigating industry transformation. During her tenure, she also oversaw growth for the Multi-Asset Solutions and Models businesses, led Product Marketing and served as Global Co-Head of the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN).

Liz holds a B.S. in Business from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and became a CFA charter holder in 2008. She was named Woman of the Year by Women in Asset Management in 2021.

Liz lives in Robbinsville with her husband and two sons.

Sallye Zink, a Princeton resident, is a retired financial services executive with more than 40 years of experience and a longtime supporter of Arm In Arm’s mission. A former member of the Board during the organization’s early years as the Crisis Ministry of Mercer County, she returned to serve again in a period of significant growth and change, bringing both historical perspective and steady leadership. Sallye has served as Arm In Arm’s Treasurer and as an active member of the Finance Committee, where her financial acumen has been critical in navigating through the complexities of the pandemic, rising community need, and sustained program expansion.

Sallye spent nearly 20 years with Accenture as a Partner, where she provided global consulting services, and 10 years with College Savings Bank, serving as EVP of Operations. She holds a B.A. in mathematics from Queens University in Charlotte, N.C. and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

In addition to her work with Arm In Arm, she has served on the boards of Princeton Outreach Projects, the Princeton YWCA, and FocusIn, and is an active member of Nassau Presbyterian Church.

Sallye and her husband, Ron, have lived in Princeton for 40 years.
